What is the weight of your standard tin cans? TOP
The Standard tin cans hold 8 Oz. of wax What is the burning time of the 8 oz. tin cans? TOP
On average, those candles have approximately 80 hours worth of burn time.
Does the color of the candle affect the scent? TOP
No, and our candles can be made in any color, so if you order a specific scent, you can customize the color as well.
What type of wax do you use? TOP
For our tin cans, ceramics and glassware, we use a paraffin wax that is
specifically made for containers. It is a smooth, creamy wax that is
excellent for scent throw both in it’s cold and hot state. What type of wicks do you use? TOP
Our wicks are lead-free and less likely to create soot when burning. We use a natural cotton wick.
Can you duplicate fragrances? TOP
Yes, we even carry some discontinued fragrances from other well known
companies. To duplicate a particular scent, we need at least 1 oz. of
the fragrance and 2 -3 weeks for our chemist to recreate it. How much are double scented and mixed scented candles? How much are candles with layered colors or more than one color? TOP
For double scented candles or candles with mixed scents, we require an
additional $2.00. For additional coloring or layered colors, we
require an additional $1.00. What is the cost of a candle if the container is provided by the client? TOP
Containers that are provided by the client are priced based on its
ounce size. We measure how many ounces the container holds and then
price the candles at $1.00 per ounce. Is the scent of the candle as strong when you burn them? TOP
Yes, most clients use them as air fresheners without even burning
them. When they are lit, an entire room will be filled with an even
stronger aroma than what you smell of the candle in it’s “cold” form.
Are these candles shipped from an outside foreign chain company? TOP
No, each candle, sachet, and incense stick is handmade by the owners of
the company, Leah & Laeh. It is an African-American, Christian
owned company based out of Cleveland, Ohio. WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH YOUR INVITATIONS? TOP
We attempt to take all the hassle out of your invitation needs. Our services include, complete address printing (mailing address, return address, and RSVP), complete assembly, the purchase and application of postage, and post office delivery. With these additional services you would expect our prices to be exuberant, however we pride ourselves in offering more quality service at a price that meets every budget.
HOW ARE MY INVITATIONS DESIGNED? TOP
Each one of our clients receives a specially made invite design based upon color scheme and event theme. Our specialist team will discuss every detail with you making sure to answer every question and include every request you may have. From here, a sample or several samples will be created for you to view. If you need graphical designs specially made, no worry, we are fully capable. Once your selection is made, you simply and effortlessly await RSVP responses without lifting a finger!
DO I HAVE TO ORDER ANY OF YOUR ITEMS IN A SPECIFIC AMOUNT? TOP
Only with certain business cards, CD covers, letterhead, envelopes brochures, flyers, magazines, and posters. The various other items may be ordered in any quantity that you like. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS CARDS TO YOU OFFER? TOP
When ordering business cards from our company, you have a wide range of options. We offer small and large quantities at great prices. Paper stocks come in the variety of full color glossy, bright white, linen, colored stocks, and our ever popular silk cards, which
have an unbelievable feel and are water and fade resistant. Our design team will create at least 3 samples for you to choose from. You have the option of making any changes that you desire. We let our clients know up front, your only concern is providing us with your address list and wording selections (which we also can provide a list for you to choose from), and your payment. We handle every small detail, from tying ribbons to hole-punching. Once your invitations have been delivered to the main post office, you receive a confirmation email or call to let you know that your project has been completed. Our division that creates greeting cards can design whatever you have in mind. If you need one birthday card, we simply ask if you have a particular color scheme that we should adhere to, a theme such as Cartoon Characters or Religious, or wording that you would like to incorporate. We can scan a special picture to make it personalized and add the person’s name on the front or in a rhyme. If you need holiday cards or diverse birthday cards and would like to buy them in bulk, we can service you and even address them so that you have a uniform look.
