I just signed up for a My Scent Fix subscription! What will I receive?
First off, THANK YOU!!! You're going to love getting your craving satisfied with My Scent Fix. Every month, you'll receive a box filled with 3 (three) scented goodies from our hand-poured, triple-scented line of products based on the profile of items and scents you request. Each delivery will include a mix of fragrances. Products are standard size, with enough in each container to allow you to enjoy (or share with others) until your next shipment! Each Scent Fix will also contain a scented tart introducing you to a new fragrance. From time to time, we will also include special coupons and specials for you to take advantage of. These promotions will be from our company as well as other companies that wish to share their services with you.
How do I fill out my profile for my subscription?
Your profile is created as soon as you finish your Scent Fix subscription. This profile is a short questionnaire gathering your fragrance and product preferences that will help us get to know you better. Once you complete your Scent Fix subscription, an email will be sent to you detailing your preferences. Your account is created and you are on your way to get your Scent Fix satisfied!
Will my information be shared with others?
We respect your privacy. For that reason, no, we will not share or sell any of your information to an outside party. If you are a company reading this wanting access to our subscription list, your inquiry will be denied.
Can I choose to opt out of a box for a particular month?
Your request to NOT RECEIVE your Scent Fix for a particular month must be made in writing via email by the first of each month. If you do not receive a confirmation that we received your opt out email, you will still receive your product and your payment will be processed. If you opt out for a particular month, we will resume your payment to be processed and your Scent Fix will be shipped out the following month as scheduled.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope—all you pay is your subscription fee. There are no shipping or handling fees for the monthly Scent Fix. Please note that in OH sales tax may apply.
When can I expect my first shipment?
Your first Scent Fix will be shipped out 5 days after your first payment is processed.
Can I pay with the credit card saved with my subscription?
Yes, the credit card you used for your initial subscription will be the same card that is processed monthly. IMPORTANT: You CANNOT select the Paypal payment option for My Scent Fix. If you choose this option, your subscription will be invalid.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
When you place your order for My Scent Fix, your payment for your first shipment will be processed immediately and your first shipment will go out five days after. Every month thereafter, your payment will be processed on the 10th of every month and your shipment will mailed five days following your payment.
How do I update my billing?
Updating your billing information is easy! Simply send us an email to contact you and a representative will call you to update your information. Information updates include a change of name, address or payment option.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly members can cancel their Scent Fix subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Simply send us an email to cancel and wait for a confirmation. If you do not make your cancellation request before payments are processed, you will continue to be billed for the following Scent Fix. If you do not receive a confirmation, your card will be processed for payment and your shipment will be mailed out to you.
What if I don't know what to do with my products?
My Scent Fix products are perfect gifts! If you have a friend, family member, colleague, business associate, etc., that would love a scented product, gift them what's in your box! Trust us, you'll be thanked a million times over.
I have allergies to certain products and ingredients. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that your Scent Fix won't produce an alergic reaction, however, we do use all natural products and each item you receive is hand-poured by us not a factory or machine. If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that you first inquire about the product's ingredients before you try items in My Scent Fix.
Do I receive anything for referring someone to Scent Fix?
OF COURSE! We absolutely love referrals! We love them so much that if they use your name upon completing a subscription, you receive a free item of your choice: candle, room spray, shea butter, body oil or burning oil.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product in your shipment send us an email! Upon receipt of your returned unsatisfied product, we will exchange it for a similar product to your liking. Since we do not initially charge for shipping, return shipping is not free of charge, however your exchanged product will ship to you free of shipping charges. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our location. After your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed. We will not exchange products that have been partially (more than 25%) or completely used.
When does My Scent Fix subscription end?
Your subscription will not end until you send a cancellation email making the request.
Can I ship my Scent Fix to another person for a specific month?
We LOVE that you want to share My Scent Fix! If you would like your box to be sent to a different location to share with someone else, simply email the change of address BEFORE shipments are processed on the 10th of that month. For this courtesy, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
Can I send a gift message inside My Scent Fix to another person?
Sure! No problem!
